Terry Sterling - Business Manager

It had always been a goal of mine to work directly with the public in whatever career I choose. After high school, I began managing a large restaurant while putting myself through college. At the restaurant, I had direct relations with the public, but it was more behind the scenes and too impersonal for me. I wasn’t able to create strong, lasting relationships with my customers. In pursuit of a career that would meet my goals, I happened upon a job opportunity with Russo Services, Inc. as an Office Assistant in 2002. I immersed myself in my work and wanted to learn every aspect of recreational finance. In the years that I have been employed with Russo's, I have worked my way up the ladder to become the Business Manager of the Norfolk office. I work hard to make our customers happy. Every time that one of our clients walks away ecstatic about the boat that they just purchased, it is just as rewarding, if not more so, than the first time that I helped a customer obtain a loan.

Sarah Hollomon - Administrative Assistant

Having been born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA, I've been on the water in some way since birth, be it by boat, beach, or personal watercraft. My real passion is offshore fishing. The water is where I feel the most at home. My biggest hope is that I am able to pass along my love of the water to my daughter. I have been in the marine industry for a few years, and feel that I have truly found my calling. I am looking forward to a wonderful future with the Russo Financial Family!
