After years of experience in the telephone and electric utility industry, I decided to make a career change in 1997. I took my first steps into marine financing, working for a national marine lender as a credit officer. I learned all there was to know about marine lending, and landed at Russo Financial Services, Inc. in 2000. I work with our customers to tailor a loan package that meets their individual needs while providing unsurpassed customer service. I understand the lending process from the bank's perspective, which has been invaluable in putting together loans, whether on a $20K sport boat or a $1.5M yacht. I will work with you each step of the way to make your financing a simple and enjoyable experience. I love knowing that I have helped make dreams come true, day after day. This was the best move I ever made!

Arline Trant - Assistant Business Manager

I came to Russo Financial Services, Inc. in late 2004 with over 25 years of managerial experience in retail branch banking, with my major focus on superior customer service. The decision to change careers after 25 years was one of the most difficult decisions I have ever made, yet it has proven to be one of the best! In the long run, I don’t believe that I changed careers but merely changed industries. I have the best of both worlds now: I’m still doing what I really enjoy - assisting customers with their financial needs - while working for a company that views their employees and customers as part of their family!

Mike Loud - Finance Associate

Ever since I was very young, I have been involved in boating. Growing up, I spent all of my time on the North River on my grandfather’s boat and owned my first Whaler at 11 years old. My first job was at a small marina when I was only 13 and since then, I have been involved in boating both personally and professionally. I graduated college with a degree in finance and for a long time had been searching for a position in the marine industry where I could utilize my boating experience and education. In 2005, I was fortunate to have found a position at Russo Marine as a Service Advisor. From the minute I met the Russo’s, I knew I had found the perfect fit. After a short time away, I returned as a Finance Associate. I am thrilled to be part of a class organization that cares tremendously about their customers and employees and look forward to assisting our customers to receive the best possible boat buying experience.
